BIO
I am Aleksandra Brudnoch, an attorney-at-law in Poland and a professional representative before EUIPO for trademarks and designs. I am listed as a provider of IP Scan services in Poland.
In 2016, I graduated from University of Warsaw with a degree in law, and in 2022, I completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property there. I actively participate in industry conferences and training courses.
I have been supporting clients in building strong, secure brands for several years.
I specialise in intellectual property law and:
- advise clients on branding and the protection of trademarks and designs;
- combine my knowledge of copyright law with my experience in IT projects;
- also advise on matters related to combating unfair competition and the protection of personal rights.
I also follow the development of new technology law, treating it as an important element of contemporary legal practice.
